Here’s the Rules for entry
Design & Creation
Garments must be made primarily from “Creative Reuse Materials” including
Materials used for something other than their original intended purpose
Materials captured from the waste stream or cleaned from the environment
Other materials like fabric, thread, glue, etc. are fine, but keep in mind the judges are looking for ingenuity and creativity of materials as well as design
Make NO Messes! Do NOT use materials that will shed or drip like confetti, dried plants, or broken styrofoam. (You can have DRIP, as long as you don’t actually drip.)
Do NO Damage! Your creation (and your behavior) must not damage the Morris Graves Museum floors, walls, doors, or art installations.
